	The Small Vessel Security Threats Forum held in Bremerton, WA in July of 2012 brought together stakeholders from all levels to address maritime information sharing and the mitigation of threats posed by small vessels. 	The Small Vessel Security Threats Conference were held in Miami and San Francisco in 2011 and Charleston, SC in 2012. This program was held as an in-kind partnership with the U.S. Coast Guard to assist DHS in the roll out of the Small Vessel Security Strategy. 	The Mass Casualty Incident Management Programs were held in partnership with the CDC, state and local public health departments and emergency managers to address challenges and best practices in responding to mass casualty events. 	The BioDefense Conference was held in 2010 as in-kind partnership with the WMD Center headed up by Col. Randy Larsen, Senator Lindsey Graham and Former Senator Jim Talent. This program brought together stakeholders from all levels of government to address issues concerning our capabilities or lack thereof in adequately responding to a bioterror event as addressed in the WMD Commission's Bioterror Response report card.
